Likewise, the firm carries out the corresponding steps to avoid or facilitate the transfer of our clients to another detention center in the country, as well as to obtain their early release.

El despacho representa a sus clientes hasta la etapa final del procedimiento penal, es decir, hasta el momento de ejecutar las sentencias. Llevamos a cabo el estudio previo de las condiciones y circunstancias de cada caso, en lo relativo a la ejecución de las penas o medidas de seguridad impuestas, con el objeto de obtener sustituciones y demás beneficios en favor de los clientes.

Asimismo, el despacho realiza las diligencias correspondientes para evitar o promover el traslado de nuestros clientes a otro centro de reclusión del país, así como para obtener su libertad anticipada.
